1.There are two kinds of PTFE rods.

 

2.Rods with diameter from 4mm to 150mm are made from PTFE suspend resin by ram extruding method;

 

3.Others diameter between 50mm to 300mm are manufactured by moulding.

 

4.PTFE has the best abilities of chemical resistance and dielectric in all known plastics.

 

5.It is non-aging, non-stick.

 

6.It can be used from -180°C- +260°C under no burthen circumstances.

 

7.It also has the lowest friction coefficient of all known solid materials.
